The Foundation prefers not to help them with direct finance, but we want to EMPOWER them to earn their living so that they live with dignity without disparity.
Story Behind
About Founder
Sujay met with a severe accident at the early age of 19 and suffered a spinal cord injury (SCI) which rendered him bedridden for 2 to 3 years. He motivated himself and decided to get out of the bed and start to lead a normal life. Gradually with family support & good medical care, he began to make advancements in his life.
After partial recovery, he focused on becoming financially independent to support his family. He started Varad HR Corporate Solutions and from that point there was no looking back. Today, Sujay ‘a man who Brings his own Chair…’ owns Varad Group of companies with a turnover of 50 Crore+. He is a Philanthropic Founder of Varad Foundation.
